BettingJobs are working with a full-service marketing agency that helps clients’ brands grow through smart, creative, and data-backed campaigns. They are currently looking for a Campaign Strategist to join their team in Canada or Costa Rica.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and plan promotional campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create strategies to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Coordinate through collaboration, the execution of campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, etc.).
  • Monitor track & analyse campaign performance metrics (delivery, open and click through rates) and provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Organise logistics for campaign materials, including creative assets, promotional offers, and scheduling while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Build and tweak the communications calendar to relevant teams while coordinating promotional schedules to avoid conflicts and maximise impact.
  • Create and deploy email campaigns using email marketing tools.
  • Segment email lists and personalise content to maximise engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor email deliverability and optimise email performance.
  • Develop compelling content for campaigns, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia assets while ensuring content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (such as product, customer support, finance) to align campaign activities with overall business goals.
  • Foster teamwork and communication to ensure cohesive campaign execution and success.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • 3+ years' experience as a Marketing Coordinator or any relevant Marketing position.
  • Strong proficiency in grasping player psychology and devising visual cues and user flows to enhance the desired results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing the integrity of the objective.
  • Attention to detail, great communication skills, good project management and organizational skills.
  • Possesses the critical attribute of embodying a team player.
