- You will apply your knowledge of the project lifecycle and project management principles such as managing timelines, budgets, and resources to DECR strategic projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
- Utilizing your excellent time management skills and ability to drive initiatives forward, you will monitor and report on project status to ensure project is proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations.
- Applying your relationship-building skills, you will facilitate collaboration and support from departments, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring effective change management and project implementation plans are developed and executed.
- Using your ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively, you will actively manage issues that arise during project implementation, working with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and ensure project success.
- Applying your strong attention to detail and analytical skills, you will monitor project performance and outcomes, using metrics and reporting tools to track progress against transformation goals.

- Completion of a bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, ideally in a transformation or portfolio management capacity.
- Change management certification and/or training is an asset.
- Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
