
Organizational Development Consultant

- Provide organizational development guidance, advisory and consultative services to develop capability and effectiveness aligned to the IESO's strategy, values, and competencies.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs such as performance management, talent and leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to enhance individual and team effectiveness through assessments, action planning, and targeted learning solutions.
- Use organizational data, surveys, and metrics to identify opportunities, measure progress, and support business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to embed the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and advance culture and engagement efforts.
- Research best practices and emerging trends in organizational development to inform strategies and share insights with stakeholders.
- Analyze employee feedback or talent data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to co-design solutions that improve engagement, performance, or culture.
- Develop communications, tools, or resources that support employees and leaders in OD programs.
- Research new practices and trends in organizational development to bring fresh ideas to the team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, organizational development, or talent management at the corporate level
- Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, tools, and practices, including change management, systems thinking, and team development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with proven ability to coach, consult, and facilitate across all levels
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to manage sensitive data and HR issues
- Adaptability, organizational savvy, and strong project management skills
- Graduate degree
- Certifications, licenses or designations in coaching, facilitation or related field
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS
- A commitment to flexibility as we currently support a hybrid model where applicable, that supports a blend of remote and in-office work based on business needs. Participating employees typically work in-office a minimum of four days and work remotely up to six days over a two-week period with a goal of maximizing in-office time through the use of established team days.
