If you've got what it takes to be a natural leader, trainer and coach with a proven track record in the automotive industry than this is your opportunity to join us.About the role:Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to total customer loyalty and follow up!Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Greet incoming customers and generate work orders as per repair order
  • Follow proper paper procedure for service department
  • Phone customers with proper estimates for both required and recommended work
  • Contact Customers and resolve complaints as required
  • Follow up phone calls - notify Customer when vehicle is ready
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience is required
  • Proven track record of Sales and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Valid AB driver's license and a clean & current driver's abstract
  • PBS Systems familiarity is an asset
