Change Manager/API Strategist

• 5+ years of change management experience within Commercial Banking, specifically across lending, deposit services, payment solutions, or client onboarding.
• Strong domain knowledge of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven track record of guiding business-side stakeholders through change (new product rollouts, process transformation, regulatory shifts).
• Hands-on experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and business readiness assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Certifications such as Prosci (ADKAR), ACMP, or similar preferred.

• Exposure to Agile environments and collaborating with Scrum/Program delivery teams.
• Prior experience working with enterprise change frameworks or business architecture teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and matrixed team structures.
