- Grow rental revenue by offering equipment and attachment solutions across your territory
- Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships; become the go-to contact for rental needs
- Manage accounts, generate leads, and close deals to meet or exceed targets
- Deliver product demonstrations and professional presentations to showcase full rental offerings
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and document activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, service, and operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Travel regularly within your territory and occasionally to the U.S
- 2–5 years of sales or rental experience in construction, equipment, or related industry
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of sales processes and rental solutions
- High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract; willing to travel locally and occasionally to the U.S.
