- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for all retail stores, responding to and coordinating marketing-related requests
- Plan, manage, and distribute retail marketing and activation calendars to support cross-functional alignment
- Coordinate and execute retail and e-commerce promotions in collaboration with internal teams and partners
- Lead the planning and execution of retail events and activations, including store openings, corporate events, and brand partnerships
- Develop and roll out seasonal in-store animations and evergreen retail signage in alignment with brand standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives by creating and sharing guidelines and tools as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to develop monthly boutique social media and newsletter content calendars
- Build and maintain relationships with mall marketing teams to execute local partnerships and traffic-driving initiatives
- Oversee mall marketing communications and ensure alignment with brand and strategic objectives
- Source, manage, and distribute retail marketing tools, promotional materials, and CRM gifts
- Support and optimize CRM-related initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention
- Manage project execution using Asana, ensuring timely delivery across departments
- Track event performance, conduct post-event evaluations, and provide insights and recommendations
- Oversee supplier invoices, accruals, and budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Administrator
- Support the Director, Integrated Marketing & Events with additional marketing initiatives and ad-hoc requests
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Experience in traditional and digital advertising management preferred
- Experience in retail is an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment while communicating with other team members and departments.
- Highly organized and able to plan tasks according to their priority.
- Excellent communication (writing and verbal) and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Problem solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on with agility and finesse. Understanding of the fashion and/or luxury retail environment is a plus.
- Bilingual: French and English (spoken/written).
