The opportunity:The intern will be supporting the SCI project deployment across HBI Distribution Centers by coordinating implementation activities and assisting project teams. The intern will perform data analysis and will also be documenting processes and contributing to the creation of SOPs and workflows. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to distribution operations, project execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.The role
  • SCI Integration project:Creation of views for distribution reports in SCI, coordinate activities for project execution, and assist project teams with training or documentation.
  • Distribution: Perform distribution‑focused data analysis for reporting and contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and end‑to‑end operational flows, ensuring alignment with Distribution Center requirements and standards.
  • Create presentation materials to support project deployments and process rollouts
  • Deliver training sessions to Distribution Center team members.
  • Ensure training content clearly communicates new workflows, operational changes, and system impacts to support adoption and consistency across DC operations.
The requirements
  • Third‑year student in IT, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Logistics
  • Data Analysis knowledge
  • Process Documentation
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio)
  • Attention to Detail
  • This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
