- Own full inventory lifecycle (order → receive → distribute → reconcile)
- Set and maintain par levels by stand
- Manage item distribution matrix and SKU rationalization
- Maintain POS accuracy (SKUs, pricing, modifiers)
- Ensure alignment across POS, inventory, and menu boards
- Partner with Finance on reporting integrity
- Own all menu boards and digital content:
- Accuracy (pricing, placement, descriptions)
- Consistency across all locations and screens
- Manage SOP for: Updates, approvals, and publishing timelines
- Event features and promotions
- Coordinate with MarComms, Partnerships, and Operations
- Optimize screen layouts to support sales and throughput
- Build reporting on: Sales mix, Inventory variance, Product performance
- Identify stockouts, low performers, and menu inefficiencies
- Standardize SOPs (inventory, menu updates, product flow)
- Lead system and digital projects (POS, menu boards, pilots)
- Drive continuous improvement and testing (menu, pricing, layout)
- Inventory variance %
- Stockout rate
- POS/menu accuracy
- Menu update turnaround time
- SKU efficiency (reduction in low performers)
- Margin improvement
- Project delivery (on-time/on-budget)
- Pre-event: Sets menu, pricing, inventory plan, ensures boards are live
- During: Monitors performance and supports adjustments
- Post-event: Analyzes results and updates systems/process
- Audit POS vs menu boards vs inventory alignment
- Implement menu board SOP (approval → publish)
- Establish weekly reporting cadence
- Pilot menu optimization at high-volume stands
- Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise
- Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
