- Support Bombardier in managing its ICO/ITB/IPP requirements across Bombardier's defense programs.
- Support the development of ICO/ITB/IPP proposal documents in support of bids for new programs requiring ICO/ITB/IPP submissions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, R&D, Industrialization and Innovation to identify, develop and submit activities eligible for ICO/ITB/IPP credit.
- Data consolidation, analysis, tracking and monitoring of ICO/ITB/IPP progress and performance against requirements.
- Submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting delivery documents in support of various defense programs.
- Analyze, document and interpret ICO/ITB/IPP policies and requirements globally to ensure Bombardier is well-informed of policies and requirements in new markets.
- Design and develop executive-level strategy, performance and training presentations that are high-impact.
- Support marketing, communications, government relations and internal reporting initiatives.
- Identify, recommend and deploy improvements to ICO/ITB/IPP strategy, policies and processes to support business objectives.
- Support the development of ICO/ITB/IPP compliance documentation and process mapping.
- Provide contract administrative support, including schedules, spread sheets, configuration management/document management support, and submission of contracted deliverables for Bombardier programs.
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Cooperation and Offsets (preferred), aerospace, defense or equivalent; 5+ years preferred.
- You demonstrate leadership skills without having formal authority plus strong communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of Bombardier, suppliers, partners and government.
- You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem-solving.
- You demonstrate good analytical skills; you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
- You have proficiency across the Office 365 suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI (ideal).
- You have experience in contract administration, ideally in defense programs.
- You have strong writing skills to support production of contractual; project management and bid & proposal documentation (a must).
- You must be able to work on site at one of our Montreal facilities at least two days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy.
- Due to the nature of our work qualified candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US, Canadian or other security clearances as required.
