
Marketing Analyst, Auto Service

- Support and provide input into the development of Auto Service annual marketing plans
- Lead and collaborate with internal and external contacts to ensure successful execution of Auto Service programs and marketing plans
- Act as the central contact person for all auto service communications with stores, ABSM’s and various other teams related to Auto Service programs and promotional activities
- Support the development of creative assets and make recommendations for management approval
- Determine when to escalate stakeholder timeline and project issues
- Work with Finance and Accounting to support the Auto Service annual budget process, including input of forecasts/actuals and explanation of variances
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Retail or previous marketing experience
- Understanding of the automotive business an asset
- Experience with marketing processes and systems
- Strong project coordination and planning skills
- Outcome focused, critical thinker with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire business
- Problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to use a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritize action plans in a time sensitive, complex work environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
