Our client is scaling quickly and looking for ambitious team members to help build the future of hospitality tech.Role OverviewThe Go-To-Market Engineer sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, data, and automation. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the technical infrastructure behind our client's revenue engine.This is a hands-on builder role focused on CRM architecture, automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, outbound infrastructure, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.The successful candidate will be based within commutable distance of our client's office in Saint-Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!What you will own:Revenue Systems & GTM Architecture (~40%)
  • Design, build, and optimize our CRM architecture in HubSpot—lifecycle stages, pipeline structure, lead scoring, attribution logic, and automated workflows.
  • Architect lead routing, nurturing sequences, and lifecycle progression systems that scale with the business.
  • Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and reporting accuracy across the entire revenue stack.
  • Document scalable GTM systems and processes so the team can move fast without breaking things.
Automation & Outbound Infrastructure (~20%)
  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure: domains, sending tools, deliverability monitoring, and sequencing platforms.
  • Connect tools via APIs, webhooks, and platforms like Zapier, Make, or Clay to create seamless data flows.
  • Manage enrichment tools and prospecting platforms to keep pipeline coverage sharp.
  • Continuously improve technical performance of outbound and inbound acquisition channels.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation (~20%)
  • Build dashboards that tell the story of pipeline health, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics.
  • Design attribution models that give leadership clear visibility into what’s working and where to double down.
  • Run structured GTM experiments—ICP testing, messaging variants, segmentation—and translate results into strategic recommendations.
  • Support forecasting and revenue planning with data the team actually trusts.
Product Marketing & Narrative (~20%)
  • Own Ampliphi’s positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative—making sure every touchpoint communicates our value clearly and compellingly.
  • Develop and iterate on campaign messaging across outbound, content, and demand-gen channels.
  • Create sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards that give the sales team an edge.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to keep our GTM strategy grounded in reality, not assumptions.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer-centric stories that resonate with revenue managers and hotel operators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align GTM execution with company strategy.
  • Improve pipeline velocity and sales efficiency through tighter systems and sharper messaging.
  • Provide structured reporting and strategic insights directly to the CEO.
RequirementsAbout You:Core Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Engineering, Growth, RevOps, or a hybrid of these—ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • You’ve owned positioning and messaging for a product and know how to translate features into outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce—you’re not just a user, you’re an architect.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels from first touch to closed-won.
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing automation workflows that actually move pipeline.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and connecting systems across the GTM stack.
  • Strong analytical instincts—you think in systems, measure what matters, and let data drive decisions.
Technical Competencies
  • CRM configuration, workflow automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Data enrichment, segmentation, and prospecting infrastructure.
  • Attribution modeling and funnel reporting.
  • SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Clay, Zapier/Make,Outreach/Salesloft, and GA4.

What Success Looks Like:Within 90 days:
  • CRM architecture is clean, scalable, and documented
  • Automated lead routing and lifecycle workflows are operational
  • Clear dashboards exist for funnel health and revenue metrics
  • Initial positioning and messaging framework is in place and being tested in campaigns.
  • Initial GTM experiments are running consistently
Within 6 months:
  • Measurable improvements in pipeline velocity and conversion rates
  • Clear attribution visibility across channels
  • Outbound and inbound infrastructure fully optimized
