Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Branch Manager to join their team!! As a Branch Manager, you will be part of the management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. You will lead and inspire a team of 6 individuals and bring the leadership teams vision to life by ensuring the overall success of the branch !Job Title: Branch ManagerLocation: Gatineau, QCPay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 Base + up to 15% Bonus every year !Employment Basis: Permanent Full TimeShift: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4:30pmWhat's the Job?
  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Lead, train and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive branch growth.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to meet organizational goals.
  • Build key business relationships
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service environment.
  • Bilingual is highly desirable
  • Product knowledge of the industry (plumbing and HVAC/R) is an asset but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
