Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.The Administrator, works a rotational schedule 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off reporting to the Manager, and is responsible for exhibiting polite and professional communication with clients; must collaborate with housekeeping team, guest services and management on a regular basis.Your work will include:
- Coordinating new hire orientation onsite including JHA's, Site specific rules and emergency protocols, etc and assisting with up to date training for existing employees.
- Works with site leadership team to develop continuous improvement plans.
- Ensuring consistency with administration duties including but not limited to attendance boards, catering request, payroll, LEM's, and inputting safety data.
- Write, edit and scan documents for tracking
- General clerical tasks as requested from Lodge Manager

- Strong Microsoft Office skills: Advanced Excel and Outlook are necessary
- Organizing and prioritizing are the core elements of this role. You must know how to keep yourself organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.
- Writing with excellent spelling, punctuation, sentence structure. Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to education and more.
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience working at a remote site an asset
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
