What will you do in this job?Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace while enforcing all safety proceduresSupport, train, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the team provides an interactive and professional guest experience, aiming above and beyond our guests’ expectationsCover front line roles and directly serve our guests.Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areasAct in a manner so that every guest interaction is treated as an opportunity to “WOW” the guest, and that any guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guestMaintain friendly, professional relationships with all Pursuit employeesCollaborate with Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator to coordinate staffing, training, and developmentCarries out duties as assigned by Operations ManagerWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiencesMature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated, with strong organizational skillsProven history of safe work practicesStrong customer service skillsDemonstrates key leadership qualitiesAbility to reason, react, and listen with quick, thoughtful judgement, while remaining calm under pressureLift operations experience an assetComputer knowledge and experienceFirst Aid Training and Driver’s license an assetTo honour our Always Honest policy all employees must consent to a criminal record checkWhat will your work environment be like?
