Brief Description:Our employer is a provider of environmentally friendly coating technologies for security needs. They are seeking a versatile and creative Multimedia Designer under 30 years of age (Canadian citizen, PR or a refugee) to support our in-house design team. You'll work closely to create 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, AI-generated visuals, and high-impact VFX videos to communicate complex technologies in the defense and industrial sectors.Job Function:
- Create 3D product visualizations, motion reels, and simulation-based animations
- Edit and produce VFX videos for campaigns, events, and case studies
- Develop short 2D explainer videos and visual effects for social/digital
- Design graphics and layouts for product sheets, social media, and trade shows
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation and speed
Job Requirement:
- 1+ year of experience in multimedia or motion design
- Proficient in tools like After Effects, Blender/Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Sora)
- Strong design sense with an eye for detail, pace, and technical storytelling
- Bonus: Background in defense/aerospace/industrial product sectors/ IT server management
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D, animation, and video work
