Responsibilities: Lead Listing Success • Manage the full seller journey — from consultation to closing • Guide sellers through pricing, preparation, and marketing with confidence • Implement Team Jordan’s proven Smooth Move Method™ • Oversee staging, marketing, offers, and negotiations with precision • Ensure listings launch seamlessly and close successfully Own Client Relationships • Deliver a world-class client experience at every touchpoint • Keep clients informed, supported, and confident throughout the process • Proactively follow up to maximize conversions and referrals Drive Growth and Leadership • Work closely alongside Lorraine on scaling our listing division • Contribute to improving systems, processes, and client experiences • Gain access to exclusive strategies and behind-the-scenes leadership insights • Mentor and support other agents as we grow • Position yourself for promotion into VP of Sales Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Show good organizational and time management skills • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) About Company: Who We Are Since 1988, Team Jordan has helped over 10,000 families buy, sell, and invest with confidence.
