These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.The bigger pictureWe’re looking for a temporary Business Solutions Specialist to join our Member Contact Centre team in Regina for up to a 12-month term. You will be responsible for proactively supporting our business members in their everyday banking needs including providing holistic solutions and advice.How you’ll be spending your time

Supporting the financial success of our business members
Proactively evaluating and recommending cash management solutions and other value-add services available for business members
Managing account openings, implementing new solutions and providing day to day technical support
Answering all incoming communication from the shared email inbox and Member Contact Center Business support’ line
Supporting Virtual Business Advisor's and Business Advisor teams with administrative, reporting and technical support as needed
Mitigating risk to business members and Conexus by identifying potential fraudulent activity
Completing Lending 360 entries for credit cards
Developing and maintaining effective vendor relationships

The experience you bring

At least 2 years’ experience in the financial industry with demonstrated business acumen
Previous experience in member-based financial advising
