- Most importantly, you will lead a team of 3-5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
- Lead and manage regional physical security programs, including access control, surveillance systems, and guard services at facilities in assigned region.
- Manage relationships with third-party security providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Conduct regular site assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with law enforcement and legal teams as needed to support investigations and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain detailed incident and investigation reports, and contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- Train and supervise site security personnel, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to standards.
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations related to theft, workplace violence, vandalism, and other security-related incidents.

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field.
- You have at least 5-8 years experience in physical security management, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
- You have strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response protocols, patrol techniques, report writing, investigative techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- You have experience managing third-party security providers and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- You are have excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- You are skilled in conducting investigations related to theft, workplace violence, and vandalism.
- You have experience maintaining detailed reports and contributing to post-incident reviews.
- You have strong de-escalation techniques for managing tense situations.
- You have analytical thinking for risk assessments and incident reviews.
- You have the ability to collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
- You are familiar with Canadian laws such as PIPEDA, CTPAT, and GMP standards.
