Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse team which consists of a Web Designer, Web Administrator, Graphic Designer, and Social Media Coordinator.
  • Oversee team tasks for both internal and external clients.
  • Develop and manage internal workflows to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets our standards.
  • Set up and audit media buys in our Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and Google Ads.
  • Oversee website development projects and assist when required.
  • Monitor and enforce deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Resolve customer disputes and issues effectively.
  • Conduct campaign audits to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Oversee 3rd Party ad Revenue and make improvement recommendations.
  • Provide input for product development initiatives aimed at revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma in a related field.
  • 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Proficiency in SEM, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Demand Side Platforms, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent content creation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Fantastic multitasking and presentation skills.
