As the Structural Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical vision and execution of large-scale structural projects. Your responsibilities will include:- Lead the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
- Serve as the technical authority on project teams, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines.
- Develop innovative structural concepts that optimize functionality and cost-efficiency, leveraging the latest industry tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration across project phases.
- Present technical proposals and project updates to clients and executive leadership, fostering trust and clarity.
- Oversee review processes to identify potential structural risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory codes, safety standards, and best practices, championing quality in every aspect of the work scope.Qualifications:- 8-15 years of experience in structural design, project management, or a related field, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Suite.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards, and sustainability practices applicable to structural engineering.
- Familiar with ISO quality management system
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding technical teams toward successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
