- Assemble, install, align, test, and commission newly fabricated oilfield and mechanical equipment to precise tolerances
- Perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance, including vibration analysis, inspections, lubrication, and component replacement
- Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems using blueprints and schematics
- Operate machining, hoisting, and lifting equipment; conduct precision measurements; maintain safe, clean, and organized shop conditions
- Work safely and collaboratively with a positive attitude, producing high-quality work from engineering drawings with minimal defects and mentoring apprentices as needed
- Registered Red Seal Journeyman Millwright with a completed four-year apprenticeship or equivalent trade experience (minimum 72 months / 9,360 hours)
- 4-6+ years of industrial mechanical experience in a service-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to safety, with solid knowledge of OHS regulations, WHMIS, and proper PPE use
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to mentor apprentices and follow supervisory direction while working independently or as part of a team
