- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably at a leadership level and on a national and/or global scale.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, supplier management, and risk assessment for high-value agreements.
- Strong knowledge of procurement systems such as ERP and CRM, with a focus on technology-driven process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with experience in talent development and succession planning.
- Exceptional business strategy and process improvement skills, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies.
- Experience with purchasing in industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial, with large distribution environments is preferred.
