- Manage daily kitchen and culinary program execution with excellence
- Train, mentor and develop the skills of all culinary team members alongside fellow Kitchen Supervisors
- Follow cyclical menus and recipes
- Oversee food production for the dining facilities including preparation of soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc.,
- Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service
- Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product
- Clean line and grill area
- Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- 2-year Cooking diploma or Journeyman’s cook certification
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
- Successful Government Clearance
- Reliable transportation is a must
