You will be assisting with developing plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details for projects. You will be assisting with innovative and creative new prototypes, designed with sustainable products with green architecture sensibility as your goals.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupports project team in development of design documentationUtilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their componentsParticipates in design critiques to evaluate constructability of design conceptsLeverages a solid understanding of principles to develop building technology and systems in accordance with cost parametersEvaluates and selects building systems and materialsCoordinates building systems to ensure compatibility with the design intentImplements sustainable design principles into the design and environmentEnsures that design intent is maintained through documentation and construction as it relates to building technology and systemsQualifications – Your Capabilities and CredentialsFundamental understanding of Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and BluebeamAdvanced knowledge of building construction systems, constructability, materials, and industry associated standardsAdvanced knowledge of accessibility codes, building codes, and life-safety codes to a wide variety of project scopes and complexityUnderstanding of the relationship between drawings and specificationsAble to participate and collaborate in project team settingAble to engage in creative and critical thoughtAble to produce photorealistic renderings using a variety of software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar platforms would be an assetEducation and ExperienceTechnical diploma in Building or Architectural Technology or equivalent in related field.   • Locations Outside of Lower Mainland - BC - Min Salary $ 69,600.00 - Max Salary $ 100,900.00
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
