- Supervise teams and oversee daily floor operations.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
- Support employees through training and development.
- Assess and validate employee competencies.
- Ensure the availability of equipment and supplies.
- Provide operational support to the team.
- Actively participate in staff recruitment efforts.
- Participate in performance evaluations.
- Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure quality standards.
- Manage schedules and reservations.
- Make operational decisions as required.
- Remain visible and accessible to guests at all times.
- Actively participate in preventive maintenance initiatives.
- Address guest concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems such as Micros.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, day and/or evening shifts.
