- Managing general accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, year-end reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Reviewing, maintaining, and inputting payroll
- Reconciling employee expense reimbursements
- Ensuring timely and accurate period-end closures, vendor payments, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation
- Preparing monthly remittances
- Supporting semi-annual, year-end, and corporate financial audits
- Assisting with regulatory reporting and government submissions
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and budgeting practices
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
