(Checking and monitoring production, just like how you would bake at home...but easier in some ways.)Checking the product quality throughout the shift, to ensure its tastinessMaintaining our equipment and machines, in line with guides, to make sure we can bake at our bestCommunicating with colleaguesIdentifying opportunities to improve the way we do thingsTraining others (once trained!)Maintaining our working standards, ensuring hygiene and safety to our people and productsOnce trained, owning the mixing responsibilities (ingredients), process area (baking), wrapping and/or transporting of the product we produceReviewing processes to maximise efficiency, ensuring waste is minimisedCollaborating with colleagues to problem solve against production issues which may crop upBring your experienceEssential and DesirableWhile prior experience in a factory environment is beneficial, what matters most to us is recruiting people who share our values.
