
Instructor Specialist in Technical Training (flight simulator)

- Armed with your knowledge, you will be called upon to provide, in person or remote, technical training on our products to all CAE customers.
- Faced with the advancement of technologies, you will participate and contribute to the development of training materials, in concert with the main stakeholders in the different design and assembly phases (engineering, production, project management, etc.).
- For customers, you will be one of the resource people for everything related to the operations and maintenance of CAE products.
- Thus, you will become part of a dynamic team of experienced employees who aim to provide an experience that is both pleasant and enriching for all our customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, in education, or communication.
- Proficient in English; fluency in other languages is an asset. Based on equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates: English and French.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and share knowledge.
- Adaptability and quick learning in various technology and architecture settings.
- Genuine interest in the technical field, proficiency in problem diagnosis.
- Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and adaptability to changes.
- Is averse to challenges and seeks non-routine work.
- Experience or keen interest in aviation and flight simulation.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, while traveling.
- Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
