- Strong functional and technical understanding of Informatica On-Prem tools (Data Quality, Metadata Manager, EDC, etc.) and Informatica Client cloud capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in capability mapping, functional assessment, or migration support from on-prem to cloud.
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Alation Cloud for cataloging, metadata management, glossary development, and stewardship workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, and data quality concepts.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Experience in cloud migration projects.
- Familiarity with governance tools and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Lead functional and technical analysis of existing On-Prem Informatica capabilities and map them to equivalent or enhanced functionalities in Informatica Client.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define migration priorities, governance impacts, and adoption milestones.
- Utilize Alation Cloud to catalog metadata, manage glossaries, enrich lineage, and support governance workflows during and after the migration.
- Provide functional expertise to ensure that cloud capabilities meet compliance, stewardship, and operational governance standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on governance processes, migration impacts, and tool capability mapping.
