Maintenance Helper

-Assist maintenance technicians in performing routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
-Support repair activities for machinery, HVAC systems, and utility equipment.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, parts, and work areas.
-Perform basic building maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, assembling shelves, minor plumbing tasks).
-Help monitor equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and report issues to the maintenance team.
-Adhere to all health and safety regulations, GMP guidelines, and company policies.
-Keep accurate maintenance logs and assist in updating documentation as needed.
-Perform other general support tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Team Lead.Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Previous experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role preferred, ideally in pharmaceutical or food industry.
-Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems is an asset.
-Understanding of GMP or regulated environments is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
