- Lead, motivate, and support sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Work with sales staff to set clear goals and coach them success
- Create and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee retention
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review training, performance, and build team alignment
- Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.
- Focused on customer retention and CSI in Sales.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a dealership setting ( RV Industry experience strongly preferred; automotive considered )
