With us, you'll have the freedom to take the place that's rightfully yours.YOUR MANDATEYou will be the cornerstone of project management and oversight for your client group's marketing and media initiatives. From start to finish, you will ensure deliverables are met, maintain administrative and financial rigor, and facilitate smooth communication between all stakeholders. Thanks to your organizational skills, you will actively contribute to the success of projects and client satisfaction in an environment where collaboration and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.EVERY DAY YOU WILL:
  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage your client group's marketing and media projects from initiation to completion ;
  • Follow the project plan: involving key people, ensuring critical dates and milestones are met ;
  • Track and validate critical steps (e.g., media plan approval, receipt of assets, production, final delivery) ;
  • Keep dashboards, communication plans, progress reports, and stakeholder updates up to date ;
  • Quickly identify risks and obstacles, escalate them, and proactively propose solutions ;
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between all internal and external stakeholders ;
  • Coordinate advertising materials: preparing, checking, and delivering creative assets, ensuring everything meets formats, technical requirements, and deadlines before going live ;
  • Perform an initial quality check of delivered creative content to confirm all expected elements have been received and meet basic technical requirements ;
  • Manage purchase authorizations and handle the verification and signing of contracts ;
  • Assist with budget management by updating client budgets and reconciling invoices ;
  • Document kick-off meetings.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • Experience in project management (tools and proven methodologies);
  • Skills in administration and finance (financial tracking, reconciliation, profitability monitoring);
  • Proficiency with tools and technologies: Excel, project management tools, ERP;
  • Good knowledge of media: understanding of workflow, terminology, and market standards;
  • A strong sense of analysis and optimization: process audits, proposing continuous improvement solutions;
  • A sense of organization and rigor;
  • Leadership and proactivity;
  • Talent for problem-solving;
  • A developed analytical mindset;
  • A strong taste for collaboration;
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
