We are building a talent pipeline for upcoming Office Administrator contract roles anticipated to open with our clients. While there is no immediate vacancy at this time, we encourage organized and detail-oriented candidates to express their interest now to be considered for future contract opportunities. This is a great opportunity to support day-to-day office operations and contribute to a well-functioning and efficient workplace when roles become available.Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Managing front-office operations including reception duties, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence
  • Coordinating office supplies, inventory management, and liaising with vendors and service providers
  • Supporting scheduling, meeting coordination, and general calendar management for team members
  • Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure accurate record keeping
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Supporting onboarding logistics for new employees including workspace setup and documentation
  • Coordinating internal communications and assisting with office-wide initiatives and events
  • Ensuring the office environment is organized, functional, and well-maintained
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Performing other administrative duties to support daily operations
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
  • Post-secondary education in office administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to handling a variety of administrative tasks
