- Managing front-office operations including reception duties, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls and correspondence
- Coordinating office supplies, inventory management, and liaising with vendors and service providers
- Supporting scheduling, meeting coordination, and general calendar management for team members
- Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure accurate record keeping
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Supporting onboarding logistics for new employees including workspace setup and documentation
- Coordinating internal communications and assisting with office-wide initiatives and events
- Ensuring the office environment is organized, functional, and well-maintained
- Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Performing other administrative duties to support daily operations
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach to handling a variety of administrative tasks
