- Strategic Leadership: Set and communicate a bold, inspiring strategy for the Tribe, ensuring clear alignment with Fitch Ratings' priorities and the needs of our stakeholders.

- Change Champion: Proven ability to drive organizational change and technology adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage multiple Product Owners and their respective squads.
- Coordination and Alignment: Ensure organizational alignment by coordinating with stakeholders and IT partners and maintaining a clear understanding of the roadmap across all squads. Support Squads in identifying dependencies and other execution risks.
- Communication & Priority Setting: Establish and communicate Tribe priorities, focusing on executive-level messaging, including metrics (KPIs and OKRs) and outcomes.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the Tribe's quarterly delivery, ensuring that all squads meet their goals and deliver business value.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a senior point of contact for senior management and stakeholders. Establish strong and collaborative relationships with senior managers to understand their teams' priorities and capabilities.
- Resource Management: Work with IT partners to allocate resources effectively across squads to ensure optimal delivery and address any resource constraints.
- You hold a bachelor's degree and have 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams
- You have successfully scaled AI/ML products from proof of concept to launch
- You are a strong Agile practitioner and hold an Agile certification
- You have a proven track record in strategic planning and delivering workflow solutions at scale
- You are proficient in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects and excel in a high-demand, matrixed organization
- Prior experience in debt capital markets, financial services or consulting
