As the Manager, National Events & Festivals, you'll shape the national strategy for Festivals and On Premise events, empowering regions to deliver executional excellence in this channel. Success means elevating Red Bull's brand image and sparking stronger consumer pull at the most impactful festivals and On Premise events across the business unit and regions. You'll champion your vision across regional teams and the wider organization, ensuring impact, innovation and consistency. This role works cross-functionally with On Premise, Marketing, Distribution and key external partners to amplify Red Bull's presence in the festival and On Premise event space. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Expand allSTRATEGY & PLANNINGDeliver Red Bull Canada festivals & events strategy, goals, 360 plans, production guidelines and standard event procedures to ensure consistency across Red Bull supported festivals and On Premise events.Driving the Red Bull Canada festivals & event strategy into the field, coach the regional on premise managers to ensure horizontal and vertical growth, driving executional excellence.Lead the development process of all regional festival and On Premise event plans ensuring alignment with HQ On Premise Marketing goals.Engage sales, marketing and distribution leadership teams to build 360 business and activation plans in accordance with festival usage campaign guidelines and execution standards.Manage and consult the forecasting of event infrastructure (festival/On Premise event tools), setting each region up for success.Lead the innovation and development of ownable on-site activations to maximize brand presence and consumer pull in accordance with HQ festival/On Premise event strategy.Partner with the regional teams on new tool development, creation and implementation.Manage regions to develop festival/On Premise event tracking, recaps and reporting, coordinate kick off meetings, manage conference calls and lead 360 activation planning and alignment.BUDGET & LEGALManage HQ Festival and event budget.Work closely with the regional teams to ensure budget planning follows Red Bull Canada's festival and event strategy.Optimize budget and legal structure where needed.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
  • 8+ year's relevant experience in live event production and understanding of experiential marketing. Festival experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of festival and event production, brand marketing strategy and the ability to find creative and unique solutions.
  • Strong track record in delivery of large-scale programs, campaigns or projects.
  • Clear understanding and ability to navigate the modern festival and event landscape.
  • Experience managing significant budgets.
  • Confident coach/leader with ability to foster meaningful dialogue and gain buy-in.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Ability to gain buy-in from festival owners and vendors to ensure Red Bull is a must carry brand.
  • Proven success in leading a multi-disciplinary team in collaborating to achieve established objectives.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage.
