• Prepare and manage monthly job costing projects
• Handle monthly tax filings
• Generate billing invoices for projects and maintenance work orders
• Compile and analyze monthly financial reports
• Prepare and report on monthly operational data
• Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of operational costs
• Perform variance analyses and account reconciliations for multi-currency bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Validate and reconcile financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

• Studying towards CPA
• 2-3 years progressive accounting experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experienced user of MS Excel
