- Represent the full value proposition of the client's mixing solutions to customers and channel partners
- Engage in consultative, education-focused selling rather than price-based transactions
- Analyze customer processes, operating environments, and technical requirements to recommend the most suitable solutions and clearly explain the rationale behind them
- Configure and select appropriate mixer solutions based on customer needs and internal training
- Work closely with Application and Design Engineering teams to develop practical and efficient solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with a high level of responsiveness
- Manage the full inside sales cycle from inquiry to quotation, follow-up, and order handoff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representatives, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure clear, structured communication and proper documentation within CRM and ERP systems
- Support seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and manufacturing to deliver a strong customer experience
- Customers feel informed, confident, and well-supported throughout the process
- OEM and channel partners rely on and repeatedly engage with your support
- Quotations and technical recommendations are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements
- The company is viewed as a trusted technical advisor rather than just a supplier
- Internal teams receive clear, actionable information that supports efficient execution
- Opportunities progress effectively through consistent communication, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Strong commitment to structured communication and attention to detail
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales or technical sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and translate them into accurate technical solutions and quotations
- Familiarity with RFQs, tenders, and technical quotation processes
- A technical background is preferred
- Proven experience working with CRM and ERP systems, with a focus on detailed documentation
- Experience in industrial, mechanical, chemical process, or technical manufacturing environments
- Experience with engineered-to-order or application-based products
- Background in mechanical, industrial, or process-related fields is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and increase revenue through relationship management
