
Payroll Systems Coordinator

- Generating reports and analyzing data to support various departments within the organization
- Creating support tickets and coordinating with system provider (UKG) to resolve system issues
- Providing assistance to staff with login issues/ password resets
- Ensuring all users have the necessary access and permissions
- Maintaining various reports/ tracking for finance and payroll departments
- Supporting the payroll department with various projects
- Maintain and update employee information in payroll records
- Providing back up administrative support for payroll as needed
- Ad hoc related tasks
- College or University Education (background in Finance or Economics an asset)
- 1-3 years experience with UKG Pro an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working experience with MS Excel using advance functions such as generating reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and merging data from various sources
