You will participate in project management alongside the extended team, including the Project Director. As a key member, you will provide financial analysis and guide the project team in making the best possible decisions.Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary project team to ensure optimal project performance
  • Present project issues to senior management in an executive format
  • Develop annual budgets (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheet)
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis
  • Maintain a long-term vision for effective management of the project's EAC (Estimate at Completion)
  • Ensure compliance with external audit requirements and accounting standards
  • Regular travel to Thunder Bay
Required Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in complex construction industry projects
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in project-based accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Proficiency in ODY.C
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to deliver executive-level presentations
Education:Mandatory:
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business
