- 2+ years of sales experience with outbound calling is required
- Proven ability to close deals within a short sales cycle (35–45 minutes)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable Wi-Fi connection, laptop, headset, and a distraction-free workspace
- Experience working with senior populations is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Close or similar platforms) is preferred
- Must bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills to every interaction
