Qualifications/Requirements of PositionA Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, an active RN license with the NSCN, as well as two years of recent clinical experience are required. Clinical teaching experience (which may include preceptorship of staff or students) is essential. Instructors working in the lab are required to participate in SIM training sessions or workshops.
