Salary is $80-90K plus bonusContact Marc Roberts at or submit your resume in confidence below.DescriptionLead and support FOH operations across multiple restaurants, working closely with General Managers, Assistant Managers, and FOH teams to drive consistency and elevate serviceMentor and develop team members, creating strong leadership pipelines within each location and identifying growth opportunities for emerging talentEnsure brand alignment and service excellence, maintaining high standards for guest experience, hospitality, and in-restaurant cultureCollaborate with the culinary leadership and ownership group to align on operational strategies, sales performance, promotions, and seasonal planningOwn FOH systems and execution, including scheduling, training, onboarding, and service flow optimizationSupport new initiatives and openings, including process implementation, staff training, and location launchesPromote a culture of accountability and positivity, inspiring teams through clear communication, real-time coaching, and a can-do attitudeAct as the eyes and ears across the region, providing weekly updates to leadership on performance, staffing, guest feedback, and operational wins or challengesRequirements5+ years of leadership experience in a FOH multi-unit or GM-level role within casual or upscale-casual dining environmentsA proven ability to manage teams across geographically dispersed locations while maintaining consistency and connectionDeep understanding of guest service standards, labour and food cost management, and staff development strategiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills-you know how to motivate and inspire, not just instructAbility to prioritize and pivot-no two days are the same, and that excites youA natural collaborator with the operational know-how to roll up your sleeves and solve problems on the flyComfortable traveling regularly between Vancouver, the Sunshine Coast, and Vancouver Island.
