- Track and synthesize emerging AI trends, tools, and use cases relevant to oncology and multi‑specialty care.
- Assess potential impact of AI on clinical, operational, and administrative functions and surface priority opportunities.
- Develop concise briefings, landscape summaries, and recommendations for senior and executive leaders.
- AI Council Leadership
- Coordinate the Oncology & Multi-SpecialtyAI Council, ensuring regular engagement from clinical, IT, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Support discussions on AI governance, risk, and alignment with organizational strategy; maintain action logs and follow through.
- Contribute to the evolution of an AI vision and guardrails that reflect organizational priorities and market developments.
- Education & Enablement
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver practical education (101s, workshops, office hours) on AI concepts, risks, and opportunities.
- Serve as an internal resource who can connect teams to the right expertise, tools, and best practices for AI initiatives.
- Help build a culture of responsible AI use and literacy across clinical, operational, and business teams.
- Strategic Advisory
- Provide input and analysis to senior leadership on AI readiness, opportunity sizing, and prioritization.
- Collaborate with external vendors, health system partners, and industry groups to stay informed on pragmatic AI solutions.
- Support interpretation of AI-related policy, regulatory, and ethical considerations, escalating issues to appropriate experts.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, digital transformation, analytics, or AI related roles.
- Strong understanding of core AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI) and how they apply in healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated interest in education, innovation, and ethical use of technology.
- Experience working in or with healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences organizations.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA AI/ML guidance).
- Experience in academic research or publishing in AI or healthcare domains.
