Expect hard work, but also plenty of laughs along the way.Job DutiesMinimum 2 years of experience in the landscape enhancements industryTake initiative and make sound decisions on the job siteOperate construction equipment (excavators, skid steers, earth movers, etc.)Tackle a large-scale planting project (trees, shrubs, and green things galore — if you like working with plants, this one’s for you)Hands-on work with fence repairs, tree planting/cutting, hardscaping, mulch installation, and patio stone projectsHandle the physical side of the job: lifting, climbing, bending, diggingAssist with excavation, grading, layout, and general construction labour tasksPerform daily preventative maintenance on tools and equipment (a well-oiled shovel is a happy shovel)Comply with all company policies and safety regulationsComfortable working outdoors in all weather (from blazing heat to “Canadian winter mode”)This is a full-time, year-round position: landscaping in spring, summer, and fall, transitioning to snow/winter operations when the frost rolls in.Perks You’ll Actually NoticeCompetitive wagesCompany-paid benefits packageRetirement savings programs (DPSP)Safety boot allowance and company-paid uniformsEmployee appreciation events (yes, food included)A team that backs you up and makes hard work rewardingPowered by JazzHR
