- Support in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards.
- Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department.
- Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes (recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, training, etc.).
- Participate in business development for your department. Participate in the writing of proposals.
- Act as a manager for several projects.
- Participate in and/or lead execution of municipal infrastructure projects
- Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services offered deliverables, budgets, and schedules.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with APEGA and/or APEGS and willing to become a member in other provinces when required.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in managing large-scale Municipal infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in managing/coordinating technical teams.
- Proactive and methodical, with the ability to manage priorities and take initiative.
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading & writing).
- Completed large-scale assignments with various cities.
