This role is functionally aligned partnering with HR FPTs and business leaders, operating as the primary FPT data & insight lead to inform workforce-related decision-making, shape the future workforce, and build data maturity across the organisation.Responsibilities
Strategic Insight GenerationProduce executive‑ready insight materials tailored for senior leadership audiencesPresent analyses and recommendations clearly and confidently to FPT and executive stakeholders, shaping recommendations by integrating internal and external workforce signalsDevelop a deep knowledge and understanding of business problems and opportunities and provide advice / recommendations on how people data and insights can support decision makingContributes to and guide the development of WFI products, analyses and insights (in partnership with broader team – WFI & SWP) that addresses critical business challengesStakeholder PartnershipAct as a trusted insight advisor / partner to HRBPs, FPT, and business leaders, proactively influencing, driving change, and build relationshipsCollaborate with Strategic Partnerships, and Talent Organisation to understand and address business-related people insight and planning needsPartner with broader People Strategy team (WFI and SWP) and business analytics teams to providing consolidated advice on business-related workforce challengesUpskilling & EnablementDesign and deliver training to build people data maturity across HR and business teams, including storytelling with dataIdentify upskilling needs and lead focused training efforts in partnership with other Workforce Insights capabilitiesProduct Feedback & Continuous ImprovementDrive adoption of WFI products with FPTs and with business leaders and stakeholdersEstablish standards & feedback loops with stakeholders to understand insight needsPartner with broader WFI team to ensure WFI solutions evolve to meet FPT and business needsSupport the development of strategies for continuous improvement of analytics products, based on user feedbackProject ManagementLead and coordinate business-oriented workforce analytics projects across the team, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impactEnsure data integrity, insight quality, and effective action planning throughout the project lifecycleOversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for analytics initiativesQualificationsSignificant experience in people analytics, HR strategy, business partnering, consulting or related fields, with a proven record in advisory or leadership rolesExperience working with Customer & Revenue Operations functions preferredDemonstrated success in designing and delivering analytics solutions that drive business and talent outcomesHands-on expertise with data analytics tools and developing & presenting executive-ready analysis and reportsExperience developing executive‑ready deliverables and presenting insights to senior leadership teamsExperience working in complex, matrixed organisations and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and enabling data-driven decision-makingBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Analytics); Master’s degree preferredSkills & AttributesStrategic and analytical thinker, able to solve complex business problems with dataExceptional storytelling and data visualisation skills to influence decisionsExecutive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leadersInfluence decisions with senior-level stakeholdersStrong project management and organisational skillsCollaborative, customer-oriented, and adept at driving change across teamsCommitment to inclusive leadership and collaboration in all aspects of workThis posting is a new position within our organization.The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
