Application Support with 6 years of experience in managing enterprise grade applications across banking financial domains Expertise in Java and PLSQL for root cause analysis data validation and reconciliation
Expertise in using Shell Perl and Python scripts for batch processing and improving operational efficiency
Expertise in troubleshooting complex application and database issues using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace Splunk and ITRS within Linux/Unix and cloud hosted environments
Proven ability to lead support functions and drive root cause analysis
Adept at ITIL based incident problem and change management using ServiceNow ensuring high system availability and SLA complianceGood to have:
Skilled in DevOps and SRE practices leveraging Jenkins Ansible and CICD pipelines to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency
Strong proficiency in SQL tuning database performance monitoring and automation of routine operational tasks
Knowledge of API integration and POSTMAN configuration
