You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks.Main ResponsibilitiesComptabilité:
  • Préparation et envoi de factures mensuelles
  • Émission de chèques et paiements par EFT, virement bancaire ou transfert
  • Impression des factures et appariement avec les chèques
  • Classement des paiements (physiques et électronique)
  • Balancement des comptes salaires
  • Préparation des déclarations de fin d'année
  • Assurer le suivi des encaissements.
  • Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes en comptabilité.
Administration:
  • Traitement et répartition de la correspondance
  • Gestion du stock de fournitures de bureau et d'autres fournitures
  • Organisation des événements du bureau
  • Gestion de la loge et toutes les tâches connexes
  • Organisation des archives du bureau
  • Communication avec les propriétaires du bureau
  • Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes à l'administration de l'emploi.
Your profile
  • Hold or be in the process of obtaining a college diploma (D.E.C.) in accounting, administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or a related field
  • Be rigorous, autonomous, and organized
  • A strong ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A good team player
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with accounting systems will be considered an asset.
  • Functional proficiency in written and spoken English. This is an asset for interacting with English-speaking colleagues from sister subsidiaries and our Colas Canada group, which primarily offers services in English.
Additional information on the roleHourly rate: $22.00 - 24.00
Job Type: Permanent or Temporary, full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (minimum of 24 hours/week)
