- Assist the Chef in preparing the daily menu
- Cook and prepare various food items following production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Carry out the cooking and finishing of dishes
- Set up the workstation with all required ingredients and equipment. Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, cutting, and peeling food items
- Participate in meal services
- Ensure high food service quality and customer satisfaction
- Optimize food and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs
- Be able to respond to operational needs
- Perform any other related duties as required
- 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations
- Demonstrate rigor and method in daily work
- MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate (an asset)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Autonomy in performing tasks
- Positive attitude
- Strong customer service orientation
